Returns, Replacements & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. The product must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, email us at archiherbals@gmail.com with your order details. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and further instructions.
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used personal care and beauty products
- Custom or personalized items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us at archiherbals@gmail.com immediately with photos. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order separately.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
